Portfolio Manager
The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for collecting and analyzing borrower and guarantor financial and organizational information; monitoring the performance of loans and borrowers; tracking and following up on borrower compliance concerns; stewarding ongoing borrower relationships; and assisting with data entry and administrative duties.

Senior Loan Officer
The Senior Loan Officer will be responsible for underwriting loan requests in alignment with the organization’s annual and strategic program and lending goals. This position manages relationships with new and existing borrowers through all stages of the financing process; evaluates lending opportunities to recommend for underwriting or refer to related resources; and underwrites loan requests for presentation to staff, loan committee, and board approval.

Senior Program Officer
The Senior Program Officer is responsible for ensuring that the organization’s annual and strategic program goals are met through the provision of high-quality technical assistance. The Senior Program Officer fields inquiries from communities and potential project developers and provides guidance on all stages of the real estate development process to support the creation of new affordable housing. The person in this position will also hone and implement a strategy for preserving existing affordable housing, with a focus on rural communities. The Senior Program Officer will provide high quality services to project partners, conduct community outreach, develop sustained relationships, and manage complex projects.
